Qatar Stars League and Josoor Hold Workshop on Change Management and Negotiation

Doha, March 20 (QNA) - Qatar Stars League (QSL) and Josoor Institute organized today a workshop titled Change Management, Influencing and Negotiation in Aspire Zone. The workshop was attended by CEO of QSL Hani Taleb Ballan, with a number of first and second division clubs participating. The QSL CEO welcomed all participants and wished them a productive workshop, which is held in line with the QSLs keenness to reach out to all parties and discuss the best ways and means in order to achieve excellence at all levels, be it sports, technical or administrative. The workshop is designed to break barriers and encourage team members from all parts of the business to communicate and work together in a better way towards achieving a win-win situation. It also focuses on the need for organizations to keep pace with changes in the environment in which they operate. Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills are also in the spotlight at the workshop. It is worth noting that Chief Executive of the Scottish Professional Football League Neil Doncaster was a speaker at the sessions. He is a qualified solicitor who has been involved with the football industry in a series of senior roles for the last 21 years. He also currently holds the positions of Scottish Football Association Non-Executive Director and Liverpool University Management School Executive in Residence. Executive Director of Competitions & Football Development at QSL Ahmed Khellil Abbassi said that "were here to support our clubs towards achieving their goals and be among the best Leagues in Asia, and we must all evolve ourselves to fulfil our ambitions and expectations."
