Qatar Win International Military Sports Council's Beach Volleyball Title

Doha, July 07 (QNA) - Qatar's beach volleyball team has won the International Military Sports Council's championship in Germany after beating China 2-1 in the final. The Maroon came back from behind after losing the first game 21-18, winning the second and third games 21-14 and 15-9 respectively. The team qualified for the final following a semifinal defeat of title favorites Brazil. The Qatari mission will return Friday to Doha and players will take a break before resuming training ahead of traveling to Brazil for a training camp in preparation for the summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
