Qatari Clubs Continue Pre-season Preparations

Doha, July 22 (QNA) - Qatar SC team trained on Saturday in the Spanish camp in preparation for the new football season under Spanish coach Carlos Alos with the participation of all players including three professionals. The club left Qatar on Friday to continue preparations for the new season, which began earlier this month in Doha. The squad participated in the fitness drills in the gym to focus on improving overall physical strength. Qatar SC will play four friendly matches within the camp and will start next Thursday. The second game will be against the San Sebastian team on 31 July. The third friendly will be on August 3 followed by another match on August 6 the new QNB Stars League starts on August 22. Al Shahaniya scored a 2-0 win over second-division side in a friendly match on Saturday at the Turkish team camp.
