Qatari Football Federation Signs Cooperation Agreement with Mauritius

Doha, October 17 (QNA) - The Qatari Football Federation (QFA) signed Wednesday a five-year cooperation agreement with the Mauritius Football Federation (MFA), which focuses on many aspects related to football and how to enhance its role between the two sides in order to serve the game and improve it in both countries. The agreement was signed by QFA President HE Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Thani and his Mauritius counterpart Mohammed Ali Sameer Sabha. The signing of the agreement represents the latest steps in QFA's efforts to develop the sport in Qatar, by strengthening relationships with its counterparts from all federations. The two parties aim to invest the bilateral relations between the two countries to promote football. President of Mauritius federation expressed his thanks to QFA President HE Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Thani for the good reception awarded to him. He also expected his delight with the newly-signed cooperation between the two sides, adding that he looks forward to enhancing it in the future. He also praised the role of the State of Qatar in sports, saying it became a hub in Asia and praised its professionalism and the great expertise it has in the football field. (QNA)
