Qatari Football Olympic Team Falls to Heavy Defeat Against Austria

Doha, March 29 (QNA) - The Qatari football Olympic team lost Saturday to its Austrian counterpart 0-4, in the match played in Doha. The friendly was part of the team's preparation for the U-22 Asia Cup and the qualifiers of the 2016 Rio Olympics to be held in Brazil. It was the first training camp for the team since participating in the GCC Cup held in Bahrain last January. The Austrian side put the game beyond doubt inside 32 minutes, taking a comfortable 3-0 lead. To make matters worse for the Qatari side, they went down to 10 men two minutes into the second half.
