QFA to Participate in Gulf Cup of Nations Draw Ceremony in August

Doha, July 20 (QNA) - Qatar Football Association (QFA) will participate in the draw ceremony of the prestigious 22nd edition of Gulf Cup of Nation 2014 scheduled for August 21 in Riyadh city of KSA. The draw ceremony will take place in Riyadh city , where the participating teams will be distributed into two groups, each group includes four teams. The defending champion, UAE will be pooled at the head of group A , while hosts KSA will be at the head of group B. This major Gulf football event will run from 13-26 November 2014 bringing together eight teams including, Qatar, hosts KSA, United Arab Emirates (defending champions), Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq and Yemen.
