QMMF's Delegation to Attend FIA Sport Regional Congress

Doha, February 07 (QNA) - A delegation from Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) headed by QMMF President Abdulrahman Abdullatif Al Mannai will take part in the meetings of the Federation International Automobile (FIA) Sport Regional Congress for Middle East and North Africa to be hosted by Kuwait International Automobile Club (KIAC) on Saturday and Sunday. The QMMF's delegation will leave tomorrow for Kuwait. The delegation will include QMMF's members Mohammed Ghanim Al Kubaisi and Salim Saeed Al Mohannadi. Al Mannai said he was looking forward to participating in the meetings of FIA Sport Regional Congress for Middle East and North Africa, pointing to their importance in developing plans and policies for the development of motor sport in the region. QMMF President said in a press statement that such meetings are an opportunity to exchange experiences in various fields, which ultimately contributes to the sport of motor vehicles. He hoped that the meetings would reach new plans and programs aimed at organizing the system as a whole, as well as taking positive steps to develop all the rallies in the region to ensure their successful continuation in world championships, as well as to support the countries of the region to develop motor sport. The meetings will discuss issues related to the Middle East and Africa, as well as proposals for the development of motor sport in the region to make it more effective at the international level.
