QOC Secretary-General Meets ANOC Secretary-General

Doha, July 03 (QNA) - HE Secretary-General of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain met Wednesday with Secretary-General of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) Gunilla Lindberg. The meeting reviewed aspects of sports cooperation, and the ongoing preparations for the organization of the ANOC 2019 World Beach Games and meetings of ANOC General Assembly, scheduled to be held in Doha in October. The QOC Secretary-General praised the big role of Lindberg and ANOC. For her part, Lindberg commended the sporting renaissance in the State of Qatar and the efforts of Qatar Olympic Committee and its pioneering role in serving the Olympic movement. (QNA)
