Rashed Nawaf Reaches Final of Qatar Asian Junior U-14 Tournament

Doha, November 09 (QNA) - Qatar's Rashed Nawaf reached the final of Qatar Asian Junior U-14 Tournament which is being held at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex. The tournament is organized by the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation in cooperation with the Asian Tennis Federation and brings together 60 players vying for the title. Nawaf will meet in the final with his Indian counterpart Ayushman Arjeria on Saturday. Head of National Teams Committee Khalid Al Khelaifi said that Qatar Asian Junior U-14 Tournament is one of the important tournaments on the Qatar Tennis Federation's agenda as they seek to give Qatari players the opportunity to compete with players from different tennis schools to gain more experience to reach a professional level. Al Khelaifi hoped that the national team player Rashid Nawaf will win the final match, affirming the Qatar Tennis Federation's full support for all its players. (QNA)
