Romania plans to send large delegation to European Games

Baku, February 17, AzerTAc Romania plans to send 300-member delegation to the first "Baku-2015" European Games. 200 of them are athletes, 100 are coaches and personnel staff. Alin Petrache, President of the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee, said that Romania will have its largest delegation in the history of participating in such events. "We want the Baku 2015 European Games to be very competitive and high quality, with the goal of achieving notable performances and medals," he noted. "I am convinced that we will enjoy outstanding results,” added Romania’s Minister of Youth and Sport Gabriela Szabo, the former Olympic champion.
