Sea Games (Soccer) - Squads Of Indonesia, Vietnam Share 0-0

JAKARTA, Aug 23 (Antara) - The under-22 Indonesian soccer team (Timnas U-22) in a match against the squad of Vietnam shared 0-0 in group B of the South East Asian Games (SEA Games) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Tuesday evening (Aug.22). Upon the draw results, coach of the Timnas U-22, Luis Milla felt proud of the struggle of his players who are able to draw against Vietnam 0-0 despite playing with 10 men. "They always play consistently. They are entitled to this draw," said Milla, quoted from his statement to the press. Indonesia was playing fantastic for 90 minutes. Milla calls the Vietnam counter result a "moral victory". "We get a moral victory today. A draw improves our spirits to win the next game," he pointed out. Earlier on Tuesday (Aug 15), the Timnas U-22 and Thailand`s squad shared 1-1 score. The country's squad will face the teams of Cambodia on Thursday (Aug 24). The Timnas U-22 is placed in group B along with Thailand, the champions of SEA Games 2013 and 2015, and Vietnam, the 2015 SEA Games bronze medalist, as well as Cambodia, the Philippines, and Timor Leste.
