Syrian football team gains three points in double qualifiers for World and Asia cups

Manila, SANA – The Syrian football team for men started the double qualifiers for the World Cup 2022 and Asia Cup 2023 winning a game against its Filipino counterpart 5-2, a win which gives Syria’s team three points. The Syrian team is to face the Maldives team within the second round on the tenth of the current month as competitions of the Group A opened earlier in the day with a win for Maldives against Guam.
