Two Mongolians become World champion for sambo

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian wrestlers grabbed medals in the World Sambo Championship which ran on November 21-23 in Narita of Japan. The Mongolian team included mostly judokas of the national selected team. A State Honored Sportswoman and judo world champion M.Urantsetseg won a gold in the 48 kg contest. An international master of sports and gold medalist of the 2014 Asian Games D.Tomorkhuleg also captured a gold medal in the men 68kg bout. Meanwhile, L.Otgonbaatar won a silver medal in the men 90 kg, and Ts.Naranjargal--in the women 72kg contests.
