WAFF Secretary General : "Arabs Should be Proud of Qatar Hosting 2022 World Cup"

Doha, October 17 (QNA) - The West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) General Secretary Fadi Zureikat said that the Arabs should be proud of Qatar hosting 2022 World Cup and harness their all potentials to ensure organization of this tournament in Qatar. He expressed his belief that the hosting of Qatar 2022 World Cup during the winter season is a suitable to Qatar due to the weather factor. WAFF made the remarks on sidelines of Aspire Academy Global Summit which was held recently in Paris, saying the winter season would be the best time to hold Qatar 2022 World Cup because the weather is very appropriate and the country would harness all its potentials to organize a World Cup remains in the memory for many years .(QNA)
