Weightlifter Ts.Oyunchimeg grabs gold medal

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian senior athlete Ts.Oyunchimeg won a gold medal in the 10th Women’s Weightlifting IWF Grand Prix held May 10-11 in Vienna, Austria. She won the medal in the Master’s category, collecting the total score of 140 kg by clean&jerk and snatch. This tournament has brought together some 70 weightlifters from 15 countries. Ts.Oyunchimeg has been training weightlifting sport for two years but has gained achievements at international arena, for example, by winning a gold medal in the 2012 Master’s Weightlifting World Championship in Ukraine.
