WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL TEAM COMPETING IN ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian national women’s volleyball team is taking part in the 2015 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship which kicked off Wednesday in Tianjin of China. These events have gathered 14 countries. Teams of Turkmenistan and Fiji had pulled out of the competitions a few days ahead of the official opening due to uncertain reasons. Our team consists of G.Tsetsegjargal (captain), A.Batjargal, S.Purevjargal, Ch.Nominchuluun, G.Enkhnaran, B.Enkhzaya, G.Khongorzul, G.Khandsuren, B.Tsolmon, M.Suvdmaa, Ch.Khaliun and S.Otgonbyamba. They are coached by G.Bayarsaikhan and B.Kherlen. Seeded in the “C” Group, the Mongolian team would play against Turkmenistan on Wednesday. By the schedule, Mongolia will face Vietnam on Thursday, and Japan--on Friday in the preliminary rounds. Medal winners will be qualified to compete in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
