WRESTLING FOR GOLDEN GRAND PRIX

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Wrestlers of our national selected team are competing in the 7th “Golden Grand Prix” international wrestling tournament which kicked off Friday in Baku, Azerbaijan. Dedicated to national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, the Grand Prix tournament has been participated by some 400 sportsmen from 40 countries.The events are running in women’s freestyle and men’s freestyle and in Greco-Roman categories in different weight divisions. Mongolia is being represented by B.Ankhbayar (men’s 70 kg), D.Khuderbulga (97 kg), E.Narangerel (women’s 48 kg), E.Davaachimeg (53 kg), P.Orkhon (55 kg), T.Monkhtuya (60 kg), B.Odonchimeg (69 kg) and O.Burmaa (75 kg). The tournament will last until July 27.
