Youth, Sports Minister Lauds Achievement of Qatari Shooting in Asian Games

Doha, September 26 (QNA) - HE Minister of Youth and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali has hailed the achievement of Qatari shooting national team, which won a gold and a bronze medal Thursday at the Asian Games in Incheon. The Qatari team capitalized on the gold medal it won yesterday, taking its medals toll to three. HE the minister congratulated the players and staff for the achievement, saying that it means "giving back to the homeland" and should not be seen as surprise, especially from the Qatari youth who are expected and required to make achievements in all fields. Today's medal came in the running target women's team, while yesterday's victories were in the men's 25m center fire pistol and double trap men's team. (QNA)
