Zallaq wins tourney's title

Manama, Oct. 7 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Vice President of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS), President of the Bahrain Athletics Association (BAA) congratulated Zallaq Youth Centre on winning the third edition of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad's Indoor Soccer Tournament for Youth Centres organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs. It is worth mentioning, Zallaq played Salmabad on the playground of Khalifa Sport City Stadium yesterday. Salmabad was declared as the runner-up (i.e. the second winning team) following the result of the final match. His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad commended the vision of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports presided over by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the outstanding role of Youth and Sports Minister Hisham Mohammed Al Jowder the Chairman of the High Organising Committee throughout the one-month-long tournament, praising the efforts of all players and the technical and administrative staff.
