Defense Min. Unveils Five New Achievements

Tehran, May 22, IRNA – Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi here Wednesday unveiled five new achievements gained by his ministry. The modern equipment unveiled this morning included camouflage dress with infrared radiation binocular as well as different types of guns and rifles. The unveiling ceremony is held to mark the anniversary of liberation of Khorramshahr which falls on May 24 this year. In such a day and during the 1980-1988 Iraqi imposed war on Iran, the Iranian forces liberated the southwestern city of Khorramshahr, occupied by the Iraqi forces, in 1981./end
