Five Iranian Engineers On Scopus List

Tehran, Oct 1, IRNA - Five Iranian engineers have been included in the new Scopus list of top engineers, an official said. Jafar Mehrad, the head of Islamic World Science Citation Database, added that the engineers include Davoud Domiri-Ganji from Babol Noshirvani University of Technology in Mazandaran province, northern Iran, Mehdi Dehqan from Tehran’s Amirkabir University of Technology, Masoud Solaymani from Tehran’s Tarbiat Modarres University, Mohammad Ali Shokrgozar from the National Cell Bank of Iran and Riaz Kharat from the Petroleum University of Technology. Scopus is a bibliographic database containing abstracts and citations for academic journal articles. It covers nearly 21,000 titles from over 5,000 publishers, of which 20,000 are peer-reviewed journals in the scientific, technical, medical and social sciences (including arts and humanities). Owned by Elsevier, the list is available online by subscription.
