Russian, Iranian electronic firms sign contract on air transport hardware

Moscow, Dec 7, IRNA – Russian Almaz-Antey Company and Iranian eletronic industry firm on Wednesday signed contract on renovation and production of air transport hardware. The Russian company said that the contract with Shiraz Electronic Industries Company (SEIC) is about renovation of air transport equipment. Almaz-Antey Company with 40 years of background is one of the most advanced producer of electronic and telecommunications hardware. The company is producer of S-300 air defense system sold to many different countries, including Iran. China bought S-400 air defense system. India and Turkey got involved in negotiations with the Russian company to buy the air defense system. 1378/IRNA
