Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2018. /Kabar/. Foreign investments mainly go to Bishkek and Jalal-Abad oblast, Minister of Economy Oleg Pankratov told at a governmental meeting. The minister said that the cash inflow in other regions is rather insignificant. “Here it should be noted that the main credit source for our entrepreneurs is the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. However, its capital cannot satisfy all needs, that is why it is necessary to take proper measures, including capitalization of state banks and define a specific direction for them”, Pankratov said. As for regions, the minister considers it important to carry out activities with the local people and investors.
