Vietnam: High-quality train to serve Hanoi-Da Nang route

Hanoi, July 5 (VNA) - The Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) has launched 30 new high-quality carriages on the Thong Nhat (North-South) route and plans to officially put them into operation on the Hanoi-Da Nang route starting July 9. The carriages were built using high-quality materials and advanced technology to ensure they are more stable, sound-proof, and fire-proof, with their waste treatment system meeting hygienic standards. Along with the traditional 4-bed and 6-bed cabins, each of the new overnight carriages now come with a couple of VIP 2-bed cabins. The VIP cabins have larger and more comfy beds, and passengers choosing this service can enjoy free beverages and meals.
