Members of Greenpeace, an international environmental activist group, stage a rally aboard their ship, the Rainbow Warrior, off the coast of Busan, South Korea's biggest port city, where the Shin Kori-3 and 4 nuclear reactors are located, on Oct. 13, 2015, to demand the government scrap a plan to build two more nuclear reactors.
