The Manseok pier in South Korea's western port city of Incheon is jam-packed with Chinese fishing boats on June 14, 2016. All the ships have been seized by the South Korean Coast Guard while illegally catching fish in the country's territorial waters near the inter-Korean sea border in the West Sea.
