MELAKA (Malaysia), Dec 19 (Bernama) -- The Melaka government has been urged to continue to develop iconic tourism products to enable the state to be a destination of choice for tourists.
The prime minister's wife, Rosmah Mansor (centre) said among measures that could be carried out by the state included stepping up the maintenance and promotion of tourists spots.

"These efforts would go a long way in making Malaysia among the world's top ten tourism earners," she said at a dinner in conjunction with the International Baba Nyonya Festival 2011 in Melaka Sunday night.
