A boy yawns at Incheon airport, west of Seoul, on Dec. 23, 2015, during a welcome ceremony for a group of refugees from Myanmar, a total of 22 people in four families. South Korea brought them from a Thai refugee camp and granted them permanent settlement status in accordance with a U.N. agency program.
