This file photo from September 2013 shows North Korean workers at a shoe factory at the Kaesong inter-Korean industrial park. South Korea declared on Feb. 10, 2016, that it will shut the park down in retaliation against the North's recent nuclear test and rocket launch. The industrial park, set up in the North Korean border city of Kaesong in 2004, is the last remaining cross-border cooperation project, combining cheap labor from the North and capital from the South. The park houses 124 South Korean companies that employ over 54,000 workers. (Yonhap) (END)
