Ankara, May 11, IRNA – Iran's VP for Parliamentary Affairs Lotfollah Forouzandeh stressed Saturday that the Syrian crisis should be resolved only through dialog, adding Tehranˈs stand on Damascus is transparent.

Forouzandeh made the remarks while talking to IRNA.

Iran is against any foreign interference in the Syrian domestic affairs, he said.

Elaborating on his three-day visit to Turkey which ended Friday, Forouzandeh said the Turkish officials also underlined the need to settle the crisis in Syria through negotiations.

He reiterated that cessation of the ongoing conflicts in Syria will benefit Iran, Turkey and the entire world.

He said his Ankara visit took place at the invitation of Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdağ and aimed to promote bilateral parliamentary cooperation.

Turning to the Zionist regimeˈs attack on Syria, Forouzandeh said it was aimed at damaging the resistance front./end
