TEHRAN,Aug.6(MNA) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Abdullah Gul are to be the special guests of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit in Tehran in late August, Mohammad Reza Forqani, the summit spokesman, announced on Sunday.
