TEHRAN,Oct.20(MNA) - The Iranian negotiating team’s refusal to unveil details of the nuclear proposal it presented during the Geneva talks is a sign of its sincerity and seriousness, Iranian Foreign Minister and chief nuclear negotiator Mohammad Javad Zarif said in an interview with Al-Monitor published on Friday.
