West is to blame for Annan’s resignation: Iran

TEHRAN,Aug.4(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Friday that the blame for the resignation of Kofi Annan, the UN-Arab League joint special envoy on Syria, lies with certain Western and regional countries.
