TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – World Food Day (WFD) was held on Saturday morning at Tehran's Islamic Summit Conference Hall, in the presence of Minister of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education Hassan Ghazizadeh Hashemi. World Food Day is celebrated every year around the world in October in honor of the date of the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 1945.
