TEHRAN, Jan. 5 (MNA) -- A former Nigerian health minister Babatunde Osotimehin with wide experience in fighting HIV/AIDS, became the fourth Executive Director of the UN Population Fund (UNFPA)on January 1, succeeding Thoraya Ahmed Obaid.
