19 Iranian companies work in Ivory Coast: Envoy

Arak, IRNA – The Ambassador of Ivory Coast to Iran, Ouattara Tamakolo, referring to Tehran-Yamoussoukro Economic Cooperation, said that 19 Iranian companies in the economic field and commercial activities are in his country. Ouattara Tamakolo upon his arrival in Arak Airport in Markazi Province said that despite good political ties between Iran and Ivory Coast, economic cooperation between the two sides are not as good as they should be. He added that 19 Iranian trade companies have activities in Ivory Coast, which the country expects much more than this amount, saying that the government of Ivory Coast hopes that the Iranian companies will be more active in commercial issues in the country. Emphasizing on activating potentials of the two countries as much as possible, Ouattara Tamakolo said that this matter plays an important role in expanding economic cooperation between Iran and Ivory Coast.
