Iranˈs Food Industries Exports Exceed $1.5b

Tehran, June 3, IRNA – Iranˈs food industries exports in the previous year exceeded $ 1.5 billion, reaching 949,700 tons, deputy director of Trade Development Organization Kiumars Fathollah Kermanshahi said on Sunday. Kermanshahi said that food industries exports registered 1.5 percent growth in terms of value and 6 percent growth in terms of weight compared to the preceding year . He expressed hope that export of different products of food industries will exceed $2b in the current year./end
