Iran President Meets With Sheikh Of al-Azhar

Cairo, Feb 6, IRNA – Visiting Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad conferred on Tuesday with the grand Sheikh al-Azhar Sheikh Ahmad Muhammad al-Tayeb on the issues pertaining to the Muslim world. President Ahmadinejad is now visiting Egypt at the official invitation of his Egyptian counterpart to attend the 12th OIC summit in Cairo. He addressed a group of ulema and university lecturers on regional and global developments.
