President: Gov't continues efforts to develop ties with world

Tehran, Dec 31, IRNA - Government will continue efforts to develop friendly relations with all countries, President Hassan Rouhani said on Saturday. He made the remarks in a meeting with seven newly-appointed Iranian envoys in Tanzania, Belarus, Ethiopia, Uruguay, Georgia, Brazil and North Korea. Government will continue efforts to develop friendly relations with all countries, the president added. He underlined the necessity of making efforts for development of relations with other countries and noted that his government has always stressed promotion of relations at the international scene based on mutual respect and interests. The president wished success for Iranian ambassadors in their mission. During the meeting, Iranian Ambassadors to Tanzania, Belarus, Ethiopia, Uruguay, Georgia, Brazil and North Korea, emphasized enhancement of relations with these countries. 1378/IRNA
