Special Envoy Of Saudi King In Tehran For NAM Summit

Tehran, Aug 30, IRNA – Special Envoy of Saudi King Abdullah, Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Saud, heading a ranking delegation, arrived here Thursday morning to attend the 16th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) which is to be held in the Iranian capital on August 30-31. Prince Abdulaziz is the son of the King Abdullah and serves as the country's deputy minister for foreign affairs. He is attending the summit as the special envoy of the Saudi King. Prince Abdulaziz was welcomed at the airport by Iran's Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi. The 16th NAM Summit is to begin here on Thursday with a speech by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei./end
