Turkey, Ivory Coast sign civil aviation agreement

ANKARA (A.A) - February 13, 2012 - Turkey's civil aviation authority has signed a memorandum of understanding with civil aviation officials from the Ivory Coast to launch passenger and cargo flights to Abidjan, the West African country's largest city. Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation, or SHGM, said the agreement allowed Turkish carriers to make 14 passenger and limitless cargo flights from Turkey to Abidjan. SHGM said the MoU was signed after talks with official from the Ivory Coast in Istanbul on February 8 and 9.
