Financial and Technical Committee reviews GCC Railway Project
Riyadh, February 20, 2010, SPA -- The Third meeting of the financial and
technical committee of the Six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) assigned
to complete the studies of the GCC railway project began here today.
The participants of the meeting are scheduled to review engineering designs of
the project.
Studies are expected to be completed within 18 months.
The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar,
Bahrain and Oman.
