The Crown Prince Receives Yemeni Delegation

Riyadh, February 21, 2010, SPA -- Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received at his palace here today a Yemeni delegation of tribal sheikhs and dignitaries headed by Sheikh Naji Abdulaziz Al-Shaif, who came to greet and congratulate the Crown Prince on safe return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, the Crown Prince announced his donation of SR 20 million to
Yemen including SR 10 million for orphans and SR 10 million for the disabled.
The Crown Prince praised Saudi-Yemeni relations and the keenness of the leaders
of the two countries, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin
Abdulaziz Al Saud and Yemen's President Ali Abdullah Saleh, on the enhancement
of cooperation between the two countries for the interest of their peoples.
The delegation stressed the Kingdom's right to defend its security and
sovereignty in all circumstances and conditions.
The audience was attended by a number of princes and senior officials.
