Increasing of salary of public workers
Kokshetau, April 06, 2010 (Khabar) - Salary of public workers and employees of budget sphere is increased since April 1 in Kazakhstan. Teachers and doctors are very glad with this event in all the regions, as well as policemen of Kokshetau. Policemen’s age is mainly average and old as young people don’t wish to work for low salary. Yerketai Askarov, district policeman says the personnel situation should improve from now on. He has been working as policeman for 6 years and his wife is a doctor in the city polyclinic. The family income was enough for necessary but they had to refuse from many plans.

- The salary growth influenced our family budget and it gives us an impetus for further working, active work for the prosperity of our state and well-being of our people.
Recently the management of traffic police in Akmola region creates all the conditions for improving of professionalism of its employees. The informational center on surveillance of trafficking in the streets has been opened not much time ago and 88 new patrol cars were purchased for the money of regional budget.
Bolat Abilkadyrov, chief inspector of traffic police department in Akmola region:
- Earlier employees with 6 years of experience received about 40 000 tenge and now - about 50 000. Young experiences employees received 27 000 and now – about 38 000. We consider all this to be the right care of the President and government.
