GHANA HOPE TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC COLLABORATION WITH MALAYSIA

KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 (Bernama) -- Ghana has expressed interest in
enhancing economic collaboration with Malaysia said Deputy Foreign Minister
Senator A. Kohilan Pillay.

Kohilan said Ghana's High Commissioner to Malaysia Daniel Kwasi Abodakpi had
expressed the possibility during his visit to his office in Putrajaya Friday.

"Abodakpi, Ghana's former Minister of Trade and Industry had said that
enhancing such collaboration will benefit both countries economically," said
Kohilan in a statement Saturday.

Kohilan said they had also discussed on stronger relationship and
cooperation in other areas that can contribute towards the mutual interest of
both countries.
