Center of Russian World Fund is opened

Astana, July 7, 2008, Khabar - It was opened in Presidential center of
culture in Astana. The task of new center is to spread Russian culture.

It is the first such center in Kazakhstan and 5th in the world. The director of Presidential center of culture Myrzatai Dzholdasbekov, Mikhail Bocharnikov, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of RF to Kazakhstan, Vyacheslav Nikonov executive director of Fund participated into opening of center.

The library of center is rich - over 1000 encyclopedias,
dictionaries, educational, children's literature and belles-lettres. Access
to internet sites of Russian mass media is free of charge. The work of
center will contribute into trinity of languages in Kazakhstan, just this
task was set up by the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Myrzatai Dzholdasbekov, director of Presidential center of culture:
- Our friendship has deep, many-century roots. I hope in future World> Fund will help us to agitate the best achievements of Kazakh
literature and culture.

Vyacheslav Nikonov executive director of Fund:
- Now the Russian language is 4 or 5th language on the planet. It is one of
world languages. Of course, those states, where this language is spread, are
competitive ones. Sure, Kazakhstan is one of those unique states where the
