Prime Minister decides to allocate 4,768 tonnes of rice to help ease food shortage some provinces

Hanoi (VNA) – The Prime Minister has decided to allocate 4,768 tonnes of rice from
the national reserve to help ease food shortage in the northern provinces of Bac
Kan and Thai Binh, and the central province of Thanh Hoa .
