HONG KONG, May 12 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's two leading carmakers will hold

products to Chinese consumers, company officials said Wednesday.
South Korea's No. 1 automaker, Hyundai Motor Co., and its smaller affiliate Kia

7, aiming to boost their brand images in China, the companies said in a
statement.
The carmakers will showcase their products in addition to presenting breakdance
and musical performances that use recycled materials as percussion instruments.
The Shanghai Expo kicked off on May 1 for a six-month run, with South Korea and
some 190 other countries and 50 international organizations participating.
China's importance for the South Korean carmakers has grown significantly.
