SAUDI ARABIA PETROLIUM AND MINERAL RESOURCES MINISTER HERE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A delegation headed by Ali Ibrahim Al-Naimi, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia started Tuesday an official visit to Mongolia at invitation of D.Zorigt, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy.
In frames of the visit, the Minister of Saudi Arabia held meetings with S.Batbold, the Prime Minister; D.Battulga, head of the Presidential Office; D.Zorigt, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, and L.Gansukh, the Minister of Environment and Tourism. The sides shared views on possibilities to develop cooperation in the mineral, agricultural and tourism sectors.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has big experiences not only in oil extraction, but also in processing crude oil, supply and provision of oil products. Thus, Mongolia can develop related cooperation with Saudi Arabia. The sides also discussed issues of sharing experiences in order to improve legal environment for the mineral resources, establishing crude oil processing factory and training oil specialists in Saudi Arabia.
The visit of the Minister of Saudi Arabia will last until June 30.
