Conference on development of housing and utilities

Astana, July 15, 2010 (Khabar) - 77 objects of shared construction will be ended before the end of this year in Kazakhstan, and 20 will be put to exploitation in 2011. Vasiliy Maslov, director of department of housing policy of Agency on construction and housing and utilities has said this during on-line conference. He assured the objects of real estate investors are built in time. Serik Nokin, chairman of the Agency has also answered the questions of Bnews site during Internet conference on development and modernization of housing and utilities in Kazakhstan. He noted 6 million 200 000 square meters of flats are planned to be put to exploitation this year in the country. This cipher will rise every year to provide people who need houses.

- 6,2 millions of square meters will be built in 2010 together with state, commercial and individual housing construction. 6,4 millions in 2011 and beginning since 2013 – over 7 millions. We are acquainted with all information on every region and we have plan that is coordinated with local executive bodies for the construction of dwelling.
